It's official. As of today, April 2nd, 2023, The DC Equalizer is open to the public!

Today's post is going to be short and sweet. If you want to learn what we're all about, check out our background page. For a more detailed look at our guiding principles, head over here. To see what drove us to create this site, this post pretty much breaks it down for you.

Beyond that, it's fairly cut and dry. We're here to write topical opinion pieces that counter the narratives (or silence) being foisted upon average citizens trying to live normal lives. Ideally, our articles will help provide evidence, across a range of issues, to aid anyone fighting to stop the political machine from trampling their desires and their rights.

It's important to note that we will only publish a few of our own stories per month. That's where you come in. If you've written (or know someone who has written) something worthy of more coverage, send the link our way. We will update our community compositions on a weekly basis. By combining forces, we hope to one day become a website worthy of your bookmark!

We likely will never have an active social media presence. Nor will we open commenting directly on this site. This is intentional. It doesn't mean we don't want you to share your thoughts on what you've seen here. Feel free to agree or disagree with us all you want. We simply don't have the bandwidth to moderate it.
